What is Hyrox, and how does MyRox help?+

Hyrox is a global fitness race combining 8×1km runs with 8 functional stations (ski erg, sled push/pull, burpee broad jumps, row, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls). MyRox builds a personalised, periodised plan for the specific format.

How do I get my plan?+

By email. Every Sunday morning your week lands in your inbox — fully programmed, ready to start Monday. The same plan is mirrored on your web dashboard.

What if I need to change something mid-week?+

Just reply to the email. Travel, soreness, a missed session — your coach reads every reply and adjusts the plan. You can also tweak from the dashboard.

Do I need a special app?+

No. Everything runs through your inbox and the web dashboard. Daily reminders are on by default and can be turned off in Settings.

What if I don't have Hyrox equipment?+

Tell us what you have access to — a hybrid gym, a regular gym, or bodyweight at home — and we substitute accordingly.

Is MyRox suitable for beginners?+

Yes. Your plan is tailored to your current level, running ability, and experience.
